Culture is one of THE most important aspects to the leadership of MetroSys.

Our culture has been modeled after some of the most admired companies such as Virgin, NetApp, and Zappos. We believe having financial success as an organization at the cost of culture is failure. We believe in principals over profit and partner with businesses that share similar ethics. Leadership has an open door, open mind policy to ensure communication throughout the organization flows freely. We have cultivated a team based on trust, respect, empowerment, and camaraderie. At the end of the day, it’s not perks such as free sodas, it’s the people that make a difference.
